  • Designed to compress or crush obsolete or unused fluorescent lamps / bulbs into tiny pieces.
  • During crushing, lamp waste is collected into a standard 55-gallon drum.
  • Mercury vapor released during the bulb crushing process inside the compressor is drawn through a filtration system under negative pressure; including an Activated Carbon Filtering Module that safely captures and permanently absorbs virtually all mercury vapor released from fluorescent tubes, allowing clean air to exit into the environment.
  • Drum can store approximately 425 lbs. of crushed lamps.
  • Available in 110v (standard) and 220v. Comes with standard 3-prong plug; other plugs available at request.
  • Can be operated and stored in well ventilated areas, in low ceiling environments.
  • Meets the standards established by OSHA, ACGIH, NIOSH and CAFE (see description below).
  • 12-month warranty.
